Shipping Processing Time
Regrettably, we only ship to Canada at this time.
If you place an order before 9:00 AM EST, it will be processed and shipped on the same day once the payment has been verified. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be processed and shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed and can take 1-5 days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
ATTENTION: Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times with Canada Post at this time.
Free Shipping: All orders are shipped with Canada Post from Ontario with standard processing. Shipping times take 2-4 business days in Ontario or Quebec and 4-8 business days in Eastern & Western Canada as well as rural areas.
Express Shipping: All orders are prioritized and shipped with Xpresspost from Ontario. Shipping times take 1-2 business days in Ontario or Quebec and 3-5 business days in Eastern & Western Canada as well as rural areas.
Wrong or Incorrect Address
Zen Leafs is not liable for any products that are shipped to an incorrect or wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter in the correct address details. If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).
Zen Leafs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.
You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Click Cancel Items.
- Click the checkbox next to the items you wish to remove.
- Click Cancel to complete the cancellation.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued.
